Recommend it for families
Some staff went above and beyond like when they organized a taxi for us at an early hour, truly saved us with all our luggage! The location was a dream, everything was just a short walk away, especially loved the Cable Car.
It wasn’t cheap but definitely acceptable for what we got.

i almost thought this place might be decent, but then, the check-in was just ridiculous. who even thought a broken intercom was acceptable? plus, lack of storage space made my dresses all wrinkly! and as an added insult, where was my welcome gift? truly disappointing for such high expectations.

It’s not all bad, but it’s not all good
The location was awesome and right in the middle of town! The kitchenette was perfect for us, and the staff kindly allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in.
Small bathroom with limited storage, and no air conditioning made our stay uncomfortable during the hot nights! Plus, the view from our room was quite limited.

The tiny bathroom cramped my movement!!! I struggled with a noisy corridor and an untrusting security guard who interrogated us about our occupancy. The bedroom blind malfunctioned, adding to the frustrations of the stay.

Loved my stay here! The apartment was spacious and had everything I needed. I enjoyed some nice quiet time in the little park at the end of the street. Just a minor hiccup with the elevator acting a bit funny at times, but overall, it was a fantastic place to relax! 😊

I had a great experience at Quest On Johnston Serviced Apartments! The Two-Bedroom Apartment was spacious, very clean, and well equipped, making it perfect for our family. The location was also fantastic, with quick access to shopping, restaurants, and the waterfront. We felt right at home during our stay, especially enjoying the flexibility of cooking in our own kitchen.
A minor issue was that the shower/toilet was small and didn't lock.
